Flashes

This morning as I was doing my 4:30 am contemplation, I had a flash of insight into the nature of the issue I was weighing. Immediately after the flash, I had a sense of laughter at how funny it is that this insight is described as a flash. It seems so utterly childlike to use this term, but who doesn't know what I'm talking about?

I *do* know what you're talking about it. It actually does seem like a light bulb goes on right? Just like in cartoons.
