Remember when I fell out of bed last week? Remember how I mentioned the whiplash?
Dudes. Every time I turn my head in a certain way, I hear a ringing in my ear. My left shoulder is nearly plastered to my temple because my neck is so tense on that side. And when someone calls me, I turn my whole body in their direction because the pain is too intense to move small parts of me, like my head.
I don't know for sure, but I don't think this is good. I move like a monster, tense and thick. I may just have to go down to the mall today and pay a random peddler at the "massage center" to dig his knuckles into my neck and karate chop my shoulders. I hate the mall, I hate massage, I'm pretty sure I'll hate mall massage, but what is a poor girl to do?

I meant to tell you but forgot - I did the EXACT SAME THING in January, fell out of bed, gave myself a rugburn/black eye, and have had whiplash ever since. It hasn't gone away with massage or physical therapy. Plus, everyone thought my boyfriend beat me.
