This last song still remains unmixed. While it was all supposed to go down last night, it turns out that things will have to be postponed...for a few days...possibly a full week. We'll see. I'm trying not to panic. It will all be finished.
One of the biggest bummers right now is that I'm sitting in my studio, and it's a WRECK. I've demolished any semblance of order in here. I'll clean...and 30 seconds later, it looks like a storm hit. Cables slithering across the floor, stacks of tax paperwork sloping off my desk, CDs teetering in towers on top of my equipment, bags of purchases cluttering the ground. It's atrocious. I look forward to a sense of peace...a stillness I can maintain for more than 30 seconds.
