I appreciate the concern from people who have emailed me about the fires in LA. Unfortunately, my family has been affected and we're still waiting to find out if my mom will lose her house. We're all holding our breath and staying together. Scary times.
In the world of music, there have been a few new songs which are the process of being recorded. Ironically, I've written several songs for this album that reference fires and burning...things. The first line in one of my unfinished songs is "This Mountain's on Fire". There are several of those in California this week.
